 Blue Jacket Society
        - Donors who give $100,000 and above

 Admiral Circle 
       - Donors who give $99,999 - $50,000

 Vice Admiral Circle 
       - Donors who give $49,999 - $25,000

 Captain Circle 
       - Donors who give $24,999 - $10,000

 President Circle
        - Donors of $9,999 - $5,000

 Commander Circle 
       - Donors $4,999 to $1,000

 Blue & Gold Circle
