The Admiral Farragut Academy Foundation was created in 1997 as a separate 501(c)(3) endowment. These endowed funds are invested and are held in perpetuity, only the income from its investments is available as revenue. Endowed funds are a commitment to furthering the mission for future generations while providing immediate support through the Foundation’s annual distribution. Earnings from the endowments are distributed to support financial aid programs, academic or athletic programs, boarding programs, and facilities to name a few.
